Tristan Jabre's (pictured) mother says Waxahachie ISD failed to notify her that her 10-year-old special needs son was arrested by Waxahachie Police for allegedly assaulting a teacher.WAXAHACHIE — A Waxahachie mother is upset that she wasn't notified about her 10-year-old special needs son being arrested by Waxahachie Police at Dunaway Elementary in Waxahachie for allegedly assaulting a teacher.She states she was informed that he was being suspended, but there was no mention of police being called or an arrest made. She claims she was denied seeing her son for 24 hours while he was held in juvenile detention.Watch FOX 4 News reporter Alex Boyer's report below.
