Tristan Jabre's (pictured) mother says Waxahachie ISD failed to notify her that her 10-year-old special needs son was arrested by Waxahachie Police for allegedly assaulting a teacher.WAXAHACHIE — A Waxahachie mother is upset that she wasn't notified about her 10-year-old special needs son being arrested by Waxahachie Police at Dunaway Elementary in Waxahachie for allegedly assaulting a teacher.She states she was informed that he was being suspended, but there was no mention of police being called or an arrest made.
