First public hearing on proposed county budget to be held Monday Posted in Ellis County on August 23, 2015 by Publisher Historic Ellis County CourthouseELLIS COUNTY — The first of two public hearings regarding the proposed Ellis County Budget will take place during the Monday, August 24 Ellis County Commissioners' Court meeting.The meeting will be held at 3 p.m. on the second floor of the Historic Ellis County Courthouse located at 101 W.
