Letter: Vote no on the proposed WISD bond Posted in Letters to the Editor on March 24, 2015 by Editor To the Editor,Why in the world would anyone vote to give the WISD School Board $125 million to build a new high school? They just bought 300 acres of property of which more than 90 acres are in a flood plain with no use to the tax payers who funded it. Imagine what kind of oversight these folks would have when selecting an architect, a builder or reviewing the school plans. Please vote NO on May 9th and stop this madness.— Jesse Price You may also be interested in readingLETTER: Open letter to WISD school boardEditorial: Are you willing to spend $125 million on generalizations? For Matt Authier WISD TrusteeLETTER: For Floyd Bates, candidate for WISD school boardWISD School Board calls for $125 million bond electionLetter: On the WISD bondLETTER: Moyers – Don’t be fooled; Vote NO on upcoming WISD bondsFor Matt Authier WISD TrusteeFor Matt Authier WISD TrusteeLETTER: Sheriff on opponent’s criticizm of tornado response ← Commissioners support renaming highway after Kyle and LittlefieldCARTOON: A.F.
