Midlothian, Palmer and Waxahachie ISDs announce makeup days Posted in Headline, Midlothian, Surrounding Areas, Waxahachie on March 02, 2015 by Publisher ELLIS COUNTY — Midlothian ISD, Palmer ISD and Waxahachie ISD have announced inclement weather makeup days after schools across Ellis County were closed on Feb. 23 and Feb. 24 because of inclement weather.Midlothian ISD will use Friday, April 3 and Friday, May 22 as makeup days.Palmer ISD will use Monday, April 27 and Friday, May 22 as makeup days.Waxahachie ISD will use Monday, March 16 and Friday, June 5 as makeup days along with June 3 no longer being an early release day. June 4 will be an early release day for secondary students only and June 5 will be an early release day for all grade levels.
