Leave a reply 10-year-old special needs student arrested at Waxahachie school WAXAHACHIE — A Waxahachie mother is upset that she wasn't notified about her 10-year-old special needs son being arrested by Waxahachie Police at Dunaway Elementary in Waxahachie for allegedly assaulting a teacher.She states she was informed that he was being suspended, but there was no mention of police being called or an arrest made.
