LETTER: On Frank Sanchez

To the Editor:

If I had any doubt about who I should vote for in the County Commissioner Pct. 3 race, all doubt has been removed.

On Feb. 20th, I drove all the way to Maypearl, took time out of my day, in order to obtain clarification from Mr. Frank Sanchez on his stance on eminent domain at his so called "open forum," at the Maypearl Hay and Feed.

LETTER: On County Commissioner race, Pct 3

To the Editor:

Response to Political Questions and Answers and the IX Commandment.

“Thou shalt not give false witness against your neighbor”

This means to me do not lie in court and do not lie, period. Which includes by omission, defined as the intentional failure to tell the truth in a situation requiring disclosure.

LETTER: Sheriff on opponent’s criticizm of tornado response

Recently my opponent mailed out letters claiming my deputies failed to meet the needs of our citizens with a hint that we did not respond in the difficult hours after the December 2015 tornado that struck Ellis County.
