RED OAK — Red Oak High School Senior Alizah Mendoza signed with Cisco College to play soccer in the upcoming Fall of 2015.Head Varsity Girls Soccer Coach Matt Loafman said, "We are extremely excited for Alizah as she takes this next step in both her athletic and academic career. She has been a wonderful player through the years and an important component in the success of the program.
