Red Oak police are asking for help in identifying this suspect for the agravated robbery of Exxon Tiger Mart located at 100 Harris Ave in Red Oak.RED OAK — On May 18th at 11:53 p.m. an aggravated robbery occurred at the Exxon Tiger Mart located at 100 Harris Ave in Red Oak.According to the store employee a black male described as approximately 18 to 24 years of age and weighing 150-175 pounds, standing between 5 foot 8 inches and 5 foot 11 inches tall, wearing black pants, a black zip-up jacket, a white under shirt and white athletic shoes, a short cut hair style with no facial hair entered the business.The described suspect walks to the back of the store near the restrooms out of camera view for approximately one minute. The suspect then approaches the front counter from the rear of the store and confronts the store employee by brandishing a silver in color handgun and then pointing the weapon at the clerk.The suspect was observed demanding cash and cigarettes from the store employee. The suspect then exited the store and fled on foot back to the southeast of the business. The suspect fled with several packages of cigarettes and currency from the cash register.The Red Oak Police Department Criminal Investigation Division is asking anyone with information about this crime to contact Investigator Greg Dansby at gdansby@redoaktx.org or (469) 218-7703.The Exxon Tiger Mart has also put forth a $1000 Reward for information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the unidentified suspect.
