The Castle of the Doomed brings fear & desolation to Screams 2015

WAXAHACHIE — On Friday, October 2, 2015 Screams® Halloween Theme Park will begin the celebration of its 20th season as the Ultimate Halloween Experience.

Whatever you are afraid of… Screams® will find it... with 3 Haunted Houses, including the all new Castle of the Doomed, and the other Haunted Attractions: the Ghoulish Graveyard and the CarnEvil Clown Maze! Plus there is live entertainment on the Screams® stage, Scary-Oke, games of skill, human powered rides, shops, a food court, a full service restaurant & bar and the Taboo Tavern (for those over 21) to deliver a whole night of Halloween thrills, chills and guaranteed moments of terror!

Also new for the 2015 season is the totally revamped Scary-Oke (Screams® version of Karaoke) with a vast new library of songs combining today’s current hits and all-time favorites.

Screams® vendors and shops will feature wares like jewelry, temporary tattoos, hats scarves, glow products, air-brushing, ocarinas, Henna Tattoos and Wax Hands. There is also a mask and souvenir shop, rune & palm readings and much more to add to the Halloween fun.

The entertainment line-up for Screams® 2015 will include Screams® radio partners taking over the Screams® stage bringing their own brand of entertainment with events like The Edge 102.1’s "Take a Picture it Will Last Longer" on Saturday, October 10th, Hot 93.3’s "Glow Party and Dark Maze Challenge" on Saturday, October 17th, and Now 102.9’s "Creepy Tent City" on Saturday, October 24th. Then Complete DJ will take the stage spinning music and creating a festive atmosphere for the rest of the season.

Screams® will be open on Friday & Saturday Nights October 2 – 31, 2015 from 7:30 PM to 1:30 AM and is located in Waxahachie, just 30 minutes south of downtown Dallas and Fort Worth off of I-35E at exit 399A on the Scarborough Faire® site.
