Main St. in Waxahachie.The court will consider granting a one-time variance from County of Ellis Rules, Regulations and Specifications for Subdivisions and Manufactured Homes as it relates to the fire hydrant requirement spaced every 450' for 400 Krajca Road, Ennis, Road and Bridge Pct.2, requested by Cameron Stilwell.Replat Maypearl Hidden Hills lots 14 and 15, 128 and 130 on Sullivan Way, Road and Bridge Precinct 3, requested by Canyon Creek Homes.Review of recent Texas Commission on Jail Standards' inspection of the Ellis County Jail.Amend contract with Everbridge to discontinue redundant weather alert notifications.Conduct a public hearing and take possible action to install a stop sign at the southern intersection of Chisholm Trail and E.
