WISD promotes Blaylock and Reed Posted in Waxahachie on February 19, 2015 by Publisher Photo courtesy Greg Reed / Twitter Greg ReedWAXAHACHIE — The WISD School Board named Shelle Blaylock as Assistant Superintendent of Leadership and Academics and Greg Reed the new Athletic Director during the February 17, 2015 board meeting.Ms. Blaylock has served WISD as a teacher, Coordinator Curriculum and Instruction, and principal since 2004. Before that time, she taught in Cedar Hill and Bastrop. She has a Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degree from Texas A&M University.
