Stolen vehicle impounded after 100 mph flee near FM 875

WISD teacher under investigation for inappropriate conduct with student

WAXAHACHIE — The Texas Education Agency (TEA) notified Waxahachie Independent School Distict teacher Laura Leigh Evans, certified by the TEA as a secondary English and English Language Arts teacher for grades six through 12, on Feb. 27 that she is under investigation for "inappropriate conduct with a student."
