Police make arrests during burglary of Waxahachie Pawn Posted in Waxahachie on September 11, 2016 by Staff Report WAXAHACHIE — This morning at approximately 2:15 a.m., multiple units from the Waxahachie Police Department responded to Waxahachie Pawn at 912 Ferris Ave. based on a video surveillance confirmed burglary in progress.Units quickly established a perimeter. With assistance from the department's K-9 officer "Cross" and DPS' helicopter. Two of three suspects were taken into custody. Officers continued searching the area and eventually located and arrested the third and final suspect after daybreak.A social media post issued by Waxahachie Police Department stated, "A fine example of determined officers and multi-agency cooperation.
