Greg GriffinENNIS — Texas Motorplex issued the following statement following news that Greg Griffin, longtime sales leader and Texas Motorplex team member passed away."Greg Griffin, longtime sales leader and Texas Motorplex team member, passed away last week. Greg considered his clients his friends, and racers and co-workers his family. He was the smiling face of the Motorplex organization and always made the events seem like a home-away-from-home for strangers and friends alike," the statement said."Greg is survived by his loving wife and children, Jamie, Matthew and Julia. Funeral services will be held on Feb. 20 at the United Methodist Church of Plano at 2 p.m. He will be missed by all who met him, worked with him and those luckiest to be called his friend."
