Hoss helped Shadoh through two bouts of cancer and Shadoh is now on a search to find her beloved missing companion.MAYPEARL — A local family is on a desperate search to find their beloved dog who helped a member of the family through two bouts of cancer.Hoss went missing on Sunday, July 26 near Arrowhead Rd between Waxahachie and Maypearl. He is a larger built five-year-old Blue Merle Australian Shepherd. He has one blue eye and one starburst eye (blue and brown mix). I pray someone is taking care of him and they just don't know who he belongs to," Shaena Campbell wrote on social media.Hoss is owned by Shaena's daughter, Shadoh Lassatter, whom began battling cancer at the age of 19 and is now 25. Hoss became a driving force behind Lassatter's recovery, twice."She's had him since her 1st round with cancer and loves him so much.
