Maypearl to hold regular meeting Mar. 9 Posted in Surrounding Areas on March 08, 2015 by Publisher The City of Maypearl will be holding their regular monthly meeting on Monday, Mar. 9 at 7 p.m. in City Hall located at 104 East Second, Maypearl, TX 76064. The meeting is open to the public.The agenda includes a public hearing, discussion and consideration to approve to "an ordinance establishing a curfew for minors; making it an offense for minors, parents and guardians of minors, and business establishments to violate curfew regulations; providing defenses; providing for enforcements; providing for waiver by the municipal court of jurisdiction over a minor when required under Texas Family Code; establishing a penalty; providing a cumulative clause; providing a severability clause; providing a savings clause; providing for publication; and providing an effective date."The curfew ordinance number would become 150309.The council will also hold a public hearing, discussion and consider approval for Geneva Lawrence to change lots 13-15 block 16 from Commercial-1 to Commercial-2.
