Red Oak PD seeking suspect in bank robbery Posted in Red Oak on January 05, 2017 by Staff Report Surveillance camera photos of suspect involved in robbery of Prosperity Bank in Red Oak on December 30, 2016.RED OAK — On December 30, 2016 at 3:33 p.m., Red Oak Police Department Personnel were dispatched to Prosperity Bank located at 500 N. IH-35E in regards to a robbery in progress.The on duty dispatcher advised that the reporting person informed them that a subject had just robbed them. The suspect was described as a black male between 20 to 25 years old, 5' 7" to 5' 9", weighing 200 to 220 lbs last seen wearing a purple shirt, blue warm-up pants and white tennis shows.Click here to watch surveillance video captured during the robbery offense.The Red Oak Police Department Criminal Investigation Division is currently conducting additional investigation and attempting to identify the suspect who committed the robbery of Prosperity Bank.If anyone recognizes the suspect or has any information, please contact Detective Greg Dansby at 469-218-7703 or gdansby@redoaktx.org.
