WAXAHACHIE — Hope Clinic invites the community to attend its 15th annual Seeds of Hope event, which will be held 4-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, at the Ellis County Woman’s Building in Waxahachie. This will be a come-and-go event, with soups and sandwiches for refreshments.

The event will feature a silent auction that includes tickets to Sea World, Dallas Summer Musicals, Perot Museum of Science, Ripley’s and other events, sports memorabilia from the Texas Rangers, SMU football, Baylor athletics, Rough Riders and Aggie Outlanders, tickets to Dallas Stars and FC Dallas, and various gift certificates and gift baskets.

The community is invited to meet and visit with our new CEO, Paul Begnoche, along with our providers, staff members and our board of directors, and learn more about our 2015 accomplishments, which includes achieving national Patient Centered Medical Home recognition.

As a nonprofit, faith-based organization, Hope Clinic provides medical, dental and behavioral health care for more than 4,800 uninsured, underserved, Medicaid, Medicare and private pay Ellis County residents in a comprehensive outpatient health care center.

Proceeds from the event will be used to reduce our remaining liabilities; in turn, this will allow us to increase our reserve funds and utilize our grant funding and program income for the much needed services that we offer the community at large here in Ellis County.
