Former volunteer firemen indicted in sexual assault case

ELLIS COUNTY — Seven former volunteer firefighters and one female were indicted by an Ellis County Grand Jury Tuesday evening relating to an alleged sexual assault incident on a fellow former volunteer fireman at the Emergency Service District No. 6 fire station.

Documents provided to Ellis County Citizen show one indictment for Aggravated Sexual Assault (1st degree felony) and one indictment for Attempted Aggravated Sexual Assault (2nd degree felony) for each of the following individuals:

Keith Edward Wisakowsky, 27, of Waxahachie
Casey Joe Stafford, 30, of Waxahachie
Blake Jerold Tucker, 19, of Midlothian
Alec Chase Miller, 28, of Waxahachie
Preston Thomas Peyrot, 19, of Waxahachie
Brittany Leanne Parten, 23, of Waxahachie

Former fire chief Gavin Lawrence Satterfield, 31, of Waxahachie and former assistant fire chief William Hamilton Getzendaner III, 35, of Midlothian each received one indictment for Tampering With a Witness (1st degree felony).

According to the previous arrest warrant affidavits signed by Ellis County Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace Curtis Polk on April 2, a sworn complaint filed by Texas Ranger Adam Sweaney states the incident took place on January 20 at the Ellis County Emergency Service District No. 6 Volunteer Fire Station located at 1816 FM 66 in Waxahachie.
